A: We independently extrusion 27 types of wires in house and own UL certificates, FFC cables, automotive wire harnesses, medical cables, Industrial cables and wire harness, energy storage cables and harnesses, drone wires, LVDS cables, plastic parts, MCIO cable and PCIE 5.0 and 6.0 in AI power server. Products are widely used in office equipment, food equipment, smart home, mechanical equipment, safety equipment, gas station facilities, automotive industry, aerospace, medical equipment, various industrial facilities etc., our clients are cross over more than 50 countries including of US, UK, Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia and Belt & Road regions. Q3:Do you offer customized wiring harness and injection molding services? What documents do customers need to provide?
A: Yes, we can support OEM/ODM, and support customized products according to customers' requirements. Customers may supply drawings, physical samples, BOM lists, connector part numbers and special environmental requirements (shielding rate, temperature resistance, medical/automotive grade). Our R&D team can deliver engineering solutions and rapid prototype sampling, also support secondary processing such as laser marking, printing, silk printing, thermal welding and ultrasonic welding.Q4: What is your production automation level, and what production equipment do you have?
A: We own 25 vertical molding machines and 15 horizontal injection molding machines, equipped with fully automatic production lines for FFC, automotive harnesses and general wiring cables. All products undergo AI, infrared and 100% electrical testing. We keep investing in automation equipments and now have 20 automatic machines for producing all kinds of wireharess. Our target is striving to achieve automatic production rate of over 80% throughout the entire process by 2028, creating an efficient and lean modern smart factory.Q5: Which materials brands do you cooperate with? Can use customer specified components?
A:We are maintain long-term strategic partnerships with top international brands including of JST,Molex, TE, Amphenol, JAE,HRS,4M,Larid,Yamaichi,Sabic,Covestro etc. We support customer specified materials, we also have alternative options that can help customer to reduce cost and lead time like using local brand JCTC, CJT etc.
Q6: What are the lead times for samples and mass production? Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: LT for samples around 2 to 4weeks depends on the LT of raw materials, LT for mass production will be 5weeks to 16weeks also depends of the LT of raw materials like if using JST,Molex,TE ect the LT will be long. But the LT will be much shorter if use local brand like JCTC and CJT.
